Shipyards Night Market, operated by CONIFER Entertainment Society ("Shipyards Night Market," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. We handle personal information in accordance with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Information you give us. When you contact us, sign up for our newsletter, or apply to take part as a vendor, performer, or sponsor, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, business or act details, and any other information you choose to include in a message or application.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics provider automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring pages, using cookies and similar technologies.

2. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and analytics tools to recognize returning visitors, measure how the Site is used, and improve it. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, although some features of the Site may not function properly if you do. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

We use personal information to respond to inquiries; review and manage vendor, performer, and sponsor applications; send you updates and newsletters you have asked for; operate and improve the Site; and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

8. Children

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
