10-minute form. Upload your menu / portfolio / press kit. Reapply each year.

Curation review

Curators review in batches. Most decisions go out by mid-March; rolling waitlist after.

Schedule + permits

Accepted partners get a Friday slot or a season run. We help with permits and insurance.

04
Show up Friday

Load-in 1pm, doors 3pm, last call 9:45. Crew on-site to help. Get paid the following week.
